We offer a design consultation service at the beginning of each project, providing informal advice and planning guidance to ensure your project is viable and gets off to the best possible start.

Employing an architect early in the design process is essential for a successful project and will help lead to a well designed and thought-out solution.  We can clarify your ideas and requirements at an early stage to minimise any unexpected expenses later on.  We provide a professional architect service which is more than just producing a set of drawings, we provide a full design service and guide you through the process to ensure that the end result is unique and tailored to best suit your needs.

We can provide a wide range of architectural services for both residential and commercial projects, whether it be a small single storey house extension or a large scale development.  We are based in Sheffield and work on projects across the whole of South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, The Peak District and Lincolnshire.

Design Consultation

For residential projects we offer a design consultation visit for all new projects with no obligation to continue with our services. 

We will meet with you at your home or development site to review your project and discuss the aims for your scheme to get you off to the best possible start. We can provide informal planning guidance and advise on issues that are likely to affect your project, discuss possible ideas and alternatives which you may not have thought of.

From this session, we can then provide a quotation for architect services unique to your project and circumstances.
