An existing industrial unit in Chesterfield is being renovated to provide high quality office space for a number of local businesses.

The existing unit was reconfigured to provide a dynamic layout which suited the way in which the different companies worked together as well as providing a public front to the businesses. The existing elevations were reconfigured to provide additional glazing and doors to suit the new layout which has enabled the businesses to expand.
